$659,700
Welcome to 'Vacay with a View'! The Outstanding Location of this condo coupled with the fact the owner recently remodeled it to the tune of $85,000 makes this unit an excellent choice for a Vacation Rental or Permanent Living. The property is one of the closest units to the gulf, The Wales Tail and Beach Amenities, can sleep 10 comfortably, and has a beautiful view of the pool from the oversized north balcony. As you enter the unit you will notice the shiplap element walls, the very tasteful décor, and a bedroom that faces the gulf to your right with full bath. The kitchen has Coastal/Casual finishes and a serving bar to complement the main living area with a vaulted ceiling and corner unit window placement that provides for a great light level. A queen-size sofa sleeper with coffee and end tables provides for relaxation. The stairs to the second level have been upgraded with hard wood and safety strips. The large primary bedroom, located on the 2nd level, has an additional sleeping sofa and a Barn Door entry into a beautiful bathroom with high-end finishes.
